We do not refund charges after samples have been received by our staff. Samples are tested according to our standardized methods approved by the MRA. We will not be liable for test results or incorrect conclusions. Samples are retained for a minimum of 15 days. Puer Lab may sub-contract testing if necessary. We use best efforts to maintain confidentiality. Please see Privacy Statement. Liability is strictly limited to the cost of the test. Subject to the laws of the state of MI.
